During the film, the heroes: Warlord Furiosa (Charlize Theron), lone wanderer Max Rockatansky (Tom Hardy) and one of the Immortal Joe's drivers, Nax (Nicholas Hoult) try to cross the desert and get to the legendary "Green Lands" in the east in a truck; they are pursued by the tyrant Immortal Joe, who considers the female passengers of the truck to be his stolen property.
The film is notable for a large number of action scenes and stunts, filmed with the participation of stuntmen, with minimal use of computer graphics. Grossing over $ 378 million worldwide made Mad Max: Fury Road the franchise's most commercially successful film.
